This stroll is on a well-defined track linking the old quarry to “Scribbly Gum Track”, gently sloping down from the gravels to sandstone and open forest to the Bay. It joins the White Sands Track back to Duck Gully and Hyams Beach.

Geology: Tertiary gravels and lower down, Snapper Point Formation sandstone with aeolian sand overlay and subsequent humus and soil.

Vegetation: Community 3: Woodland and Open Woodland merging into Community 2: Open Forest closer to the Bay
